Welcome to Indian cooking class.
Before we begin, I would like to share something about Indian cooking and myself.
When I started working for an Indian Head Chef, the only work I did was to help him out. I was not shown the recipe or how to cook, not even the recipie of Butter Chicken gravy. The only words I was told was “when time comes you will know”. I did not understand what he was trying to prove.
Then i realized that all I need is Passion and Patience. If you don’t have any of these qualities I will say just get out of the kitchen…
When i was young my first lesson was to make Rice Noodle (Char Keow Teow) from scratch which I learned from an old Chinese lady from my house next door. What i learn from her were the tricks of cooking. Well that time I was at a very tender age. After that experience I started a Noodles business near house …Till today i will never forget the recipe. The teaching from her was from heart and i had the interest and passion.
Well that’s how i have started teaching people how to make a restaurant standard Indian cooking from scratch from heart.Till date I have taught almost 4000 people around Queensland from Yappoon to Brisbane. Till date i receive emails from my students about their achievement and passion.
